Dr. Olson has taught classes in change management and consulting at UCLA and UC Irvine Business & Management extension schools. He has a M.S. in Organizational Complexity from the University of Hertfordshire (UK) and a Ph. D., in Clinical Psychology from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology (US).
He has led consulting practices for three publically traded firms at the Western US (Right Management), European (Oliver Wyman), and Global level (Heidrick & Struggles) before co-founding Gillson Partnership. He is a member of National Association of Corporate Directors and leads strategic planning as a board member of an Orange County, CA non-profit organization.
