We select a limited number of seasoned consultants to join us full time or to go through accreditations on our core culture engagement methodology. We find the best outcomes come from selecting consultants who are already successful in working with C level clients as our initial point of work is usually with senior executives. For clients who would like to deliberately transfer our capability into their firms we have a long track record of teaching clients how to lead dynamic culture engagement for themselves. We find the best outcomes come from having the right level of executive sponsorship and an intention to create enterprise wide capability gains.
